It is also high fibre, soy free, non gmo , & dairy free!!

Beet Flavoured Patties

These burgers are full packed with flavour, perfect texture, smooth, no funny or hidden after tastes. It tastes like what it is made of. The savoury flavour is so satisfying and satiating so you won’t be getting weird unfinished cravings after your meal. Umm not to mention the nutrition profile is amazingly balanced.

Finally a vegetarian meal that is a good source of protein, but also a healthy, gluten-free option.

The best part is beets are jam packed with vitamins and minerals including potassium, magnesium, Vitamin C.

What if I really could indulge and not worry about packing on water weight?

Omg seriously this was sooooo good and so quick and so healthy. I personally focus on avoiding any breads as much as possible since my diet does tend to be higher in carbohydrates due to my choice of being non-meat eating for protein sources! I do on the most part remain Vegan because of my lactose intolerance but sometimes I do have to give in to some good ‘ol Indian style yogurt…yum! I am also currently eating Gluten-Free but it is by choice, however my daughter is full blown celiac and it is a challenge especially with being a Type 1 diabetic and extremely active.





Honestly even the pickiest eater will love this one! It would also be an awesome recovery snack for your kids after their sports practices and workouts.

Follow these quick steps below to a happy stomach :).

SUPPLIES/Recipe

  • T Fal Air Fryer or toaster oven
  • Wholly Veggie Pattie
  • Butter lettuce
  • Tomato sliced
  • Cucumber sliced
  • Vegan Mayo
  • Mustard
  • Any other condiments or veggies

STEP 1:

Wash and cut Veggies

STEP 2:

Place Patties in Air Fryer on higher side for 5-7 min, keep checking to see if it crispy or leave it longer if you want it crispier.

STEP 3:

Add mayo to lettuce, place cucmber and tomato on top

STEP 4:

Place cooked patty on top of veggies, add mustard or other sauces, place closing lettuce piece on top.

Step 5:

Eat it like a burger. Have some strawberries on the side dipped in peanut butter for a nice finishing dessert to settle that sweet tooth if you need a bigger meal.

Overrall it is tough to find low carb, high protein options for Vegan & Gluten-free snack foods without having to add in protein powders, and making them from scratch. If the food is high in protein there are crazy high amounts of carbs and fats contained in it. So I am totally loving this clean nutrition-packed snack idea right now, best of all it only takes 5-min!
